I've done everything, even reinstalled win 8.1 from 10 and still the same error. Just as I'm about to go into the game it kicks me out saying your network connection may not meet the minimum requirements / latency. Router rebooted, PC formatted, multiple re installs. I've concluded it must be a Plusnet issue.
